Under JIMI, DR Teodoro directs the operations of JUNO Healthcare Staffing Group of Companies with subsidiary offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Arizona, California (San Diego and Los Angeles), along with JUNO Media Production Creatives in New York, JUNO Review Center in California, JUNO Call Center in Manila and Foundation for God's Glory. JUNO Healthcare Staffing Systems Inc. (New York) was selected by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the Hot 100 fastest-growing new businesses in the US for 2008. JUNO Healthcare Registry, Inc. of Los Angeles, California has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.

DR Teodoro is an alumnus of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania having completed the Advanced Management Program (WAM '08). He is also in his second year at Harvard Business School Executive Education, Owner/President Management Program (OPM 39) and will be graduating in March 2010.

Last year, DR Teodoro was inducted into the Chicago Filipino American Hall of Fame Class of 2007 for Humanitarian Leadership. He is a member of the Circle of Leaders amongst the Filipino community in the U.S. and has also received the 2007 Chancery Leadership Award and Most Outstanding Chapter Chancellor from University of the Philippines Alpha Phi Beta Chancery. In 2004, he established the Foundation for God's Glory, a private operating foundation, implementing three programs in the Philippines: scholarship, hunger alleviation and disaster relief.
