As a foreign-trained healthcare professional, we suppose you have a lot of questions about the process of applying for a job and migrating to the US. Here are some of the frequently asked questions that we think could help you make an informed decision.

Q: I am a foreign-trained healthcare professional. How do I apply for work at JUNO Healthcare Staffing?
A: If you are a foreign-trained RN or PT, we encourage you to download the list of requirements and login/ register to apply through our website. Once we receive your online application, we will give you an honest assessment, including the legalities of your sponsorship and employment and the fees you have to consider, if any. We guarantee a quick response either by email or overseas phone call.
Q: Who does JUNO Healthcare Staffing recruit?
A: JUNO Healthcare Staffing recruits foreign-trained RNs and PTs only. As a company policy, we petition/ sponsor only those applicants who have passed the NCLEX or NPTE, as applicable.
Q: Do I need to have an experience to apply with JUNO Healthcare Staffing?
A: We require at least two (2) years of work experience. However, we make exceptions and accept applicants with limited, if not, no experience, as long as they meet all our qualification requirements.
Q: For what types of visa could a healthcare professional be sponsored or petitioned?
A: As the employer, JUNO Healthcare Staffing sponsors/ petitions healthcare professionals as immigrants.
Q: Do I need a CGFNS Certificate to work legally in the United States?
A: Majority of US states require foreign-educated RNs to have the CGFNS Certificate in order to take the NCLEX-RN. For more details, visit www.cgfns.org.
Q: What is a VisaScreen Certificate?
A: A VisaScreen Certificate is a requirement of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as part of the visa process for foreign- educated RNs and PTs. Q: Do I have to meet a language proficiency requirement?
A: Unless you received your nursing instruction in the US, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or Canada, you need to show your language proficiency by passing the TOEFL IBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based Test) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
Q: Should I call JUNO Healthcare Staffing every step of the application process?

Q: What support system do you provide to foreign- trained healthcare professionals when they arrive in the US?
A: We provide one (1) month housing allowance, information assistance and cultural orientation on your arrival. You must be prepared to bear some of the costs associated with relocating to this country, such as daily living expenses, housekeeping essentials and money for emergencies.
